Brick Work

Our services include extensions, new builds, plastering, loft insulation, ground work, beams, renovations, structural alteration, underpinning, paving and concrete works.

We see to it that during setting out, we check the setting out as per drawing, that the setting out profiles lines, gridlines and benchmarks are established, ensure that we install angle support correctly, and that during work in progress the bricks are washed down. Furthermore, we ensure that the bricks are wet and joined correctly, brick force and TBC are installed, that we follow perp joints as specified, that mortar mix is prepared only at the designated areas, hoop irons are included wherever necessary, box out services are built correctly, and shapes done according to specification. In terms of openings we ensure that there are wall ties built up on all openings, that all of correct building materials are utilised and all put in correct positions as specified. Once brick work is completed we see to it that there is no spill of mortar mix on any surface we worked on, that the bricks are cleaned out, and work environment is always clean. We ensure that the target / time frame is reached.

Paving

The company does all types of paving including Patios, Driveways and Paths. We only use the best quality materials and all of our paving work is carried out to the highest standards. We are able to carry our projects to successful completion with all of the necessary tradesmen. All our work is completed to a very high standard with great results.

We clean up on behalf of all subcontractors on a daily basis and get the site ready whenever there are inspections to take place.

Demolition

We ensure that during demolition all of the areas to be demolished are demarcated, we offer crash deck, be on the lookout for asbestos, ensure that signage are placed in order for warning, ensure safe rubble storage and ensure removal, we mark clearly the identified and existing services and that during screed demolition the screed depth is broken out, we check the concrete condition and in tiling demolition we ensure that the layers of tiles gets demolished, all of the glue is removed and that the walls are clean, in the case of dry wall and ceiling demolition we ensure that boards tees, struts, tracks and fasteners have been removed, in terms of mechanical ventilation demolition we remove the pipes leading to the shut off valve and diffusers and strip uni-struts and threaded bars, we turn off the water supply to area and install end caps to the stack, in bulk demolition, we ensure safe machinery for use, availability of scaffolds and the demolition shall be done as per our client directions.
